It is well known that exercise is very important in our lives. As a matter of fact doing exercise is good for us in many ways. Some people like swimming, some people like cycling. As for me, I like playing football the best (my favorite sport is playing football).Here are the reasons

First of all, playing football can help me build up my body. Everyone wants to live healthy in the world. In addition, playing football can help me relax and reduce/ release my pressure. Last but not least, playing football can make me happy, I can make friends when playing football, and it enriches my social life.

As for me, playing football is important, helpful and absolutely necessary.

众所周知，锻炼在我们的生活中是非常重要的。事实上，锻炼在很多方面对我们都有好处。有些人喜欢游泳，有些人喜欢骑自行车。至于我，我最喜欢踢足球（我最喜欢的运动是踢足球)。原因如下。

首先，踢足球可以帮助我强健体魄；世界上每个人都想健康地生活。此外，踢足球可以帮助我放松和减少释放我的压力。最后是，踢足球可以让我快乐，我可以在踢足球的时候交到朋友，它丰富了我的社交生活。

对我来说，踢足球是很重要的，很有帮助的，也是绝对必要的。
